Finding Fresh Insights
I provide psychological counselling to achieve excellent outcomes for adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression and general life challenges. I am committed to guiding you towards positive change.
I uphold high standards of professional and ethical guidelines and am fully registered with several professional associations including the Australasian Confederation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies.
I have expertise in working with children: toddlers, and primary school age, who present with difficulties in learning, communication and emotional regulation. I work with mums, dads, carers and families during pregnancy and early parenthood within a solution focused approach.
Having had many years of experience I have gained specialist knowledge of child development and I recognise that early in life relationships are important. My practice wisdom is based in theories of attachment, systems thinking and neuroscience enabling you to have fresh insights.
Book an appointment to gain skills-based strategies for treating a range of mental health concerns. I look forward to helping you achieve better understanding and working toward harmonious outcomes.
